Subscription conditions
for Fotopunto courses and workshops

All workshops and courses have a pre-subscription limit date, approximately 10 days before the workshop/course starts. After this limit date, the pre-subscription is still possible if there are enough available seats.

To get pre-subscribed, you must pay the 50% of the total amount as a deposit for your pre-subscription. This deposit can be paid by wire transfer.

Reservations will be confirmed strictly by the 50% payment date

The payment of the 50% does not guarantees that the workshop or course will be performed, so:

Once the pre-subscription limit date has arrived, and if the minimum required seats have been reserved, those people who have paid the 50% reservation amount will have their seats confirmed and guaranteed.

If the minimum seats haven't been reserved once the pre-subscription limit date has arrived, those people who have paid the 50% reservation amount will get their money totally refunded via a wire transfer to the bank account they specify.

Those who have been subscribed can cancel their subscription before the pre-subscription limit date. If those concerned have paid the 50% reservation amount, and if the cancellation has been requested before the preinscription limit date arrives, they will get their money totally refunded via a wire transfer to the bank account they specify.

Once the pre-subscription limit date has arrived, those interested can still cancel their subscription, but the paid amount will not be refunded, in the event they have paid the 50% reservation amount.

Once the pre-subscription limit date has arrived, and if there's still available seats, those interested can still request their last-minute reservation by using the normal procedure, which will also involve the payment of the 50% of the total amount.

The payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount must be performed in-hand, at the end of the workshop/course's first day.

Fotopunto will not acquire any payment, refunding or compensation responsibility about any kind of expenses that those concerned have acquired; for example: hotel reservation, meals, transports o related, if, once arrived the pre-reservation limit date, the required minimum seats for the workshop/course haven't been completed and it has to be cancelled, or when it has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the reasonable control or Force Majeur. In those cases, and as specified in other points above, Fotopunto will refund completely the money to those concerned who have paid the 50% reservation amount.

Fotopunto recommends the interested to not acquire any money responsibility related to hotel reservations or transports before the pre-reservation limit date, and until Fotopunto have confirmed via email that the workshop/course have received the minimum required amount of reservations to be performed.

Those terms and conditions have been designed taking into account the reduced seats available for the workshops/courses, in order to provide an easy and secure procedure to get subscribed.

This process is performed easily via continuous and detailed email communications, and those interested will receive complete information via email about the workshop/course they are getting subscribed.
